🎉 Event Day Chefs – Casual Role

We’re looking for a passionate and reliable Event Day Chefs to join our fast-paced kitchen team. If you thrive under pressure, take pride in high-quality food, and enjoy being part of a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Preparing high-quality hot and cold dishes to specification, ensuring consistency and excellent presentation

  • Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet service demand

  • Collaborating with Front of House teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience

  • Maintaining the highest food hygiene and safety standards at all times

  • Ensuring all food meets quality standards for taste, appearance, and portion control

  • Supporting stock management, including rotation, stock takes, and reducing waste

  • Completing all daily kitchen records and compliance checks

  • Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and fully compliant with hygiene regulations

What We’re Looking For

  • Food Hygiene Level 3 certification (essential)

  • Proven experience in a busy kitchen environment

  • Strong understanding of food safety and health & safety regulations

  • Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and calmly under pressure

  • Great teamwork and communication skills

  • A proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
